1. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Customized remedies prepared for individual needs
- Personal care items such as oils, creams, balms, and imported items
- Products purchased during sales or promotional offers
2. Conditions for Accepting Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Wrong item delivered
- Product is expired or defective upon arrival
- Product received is not as described on our website
Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence to our support team.
3. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to provide valid bank account details for refund processing.
4. Exchange Policy
- We offer free replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Customers must provide photographic proof and details of the issue to our support team.
- Upon verification, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.
